St Patricks Day Photo Booth

I don't know that I've ever really gotten St Patricks day.  Leprechauns, Shamrocks, Green....?  Why? Some Irish Saint?  Yeah, I don't really know that much about it.  I do have some fun memories as a kid though, our milk mysteriously turning green, watching Darby O'Gill and the Little People and one year at school, I remember our classroom being absolutely torn apart, with little feetprints all over the place.  It was so fun and magical.  Living in Denmark, St Patrick's Day is not recognized at all.  So, I don't even know if the schools in the US even celebrate the day anymore.  Anyway...  I thought it would be fun to make some St. Patrick's Day Photo Booth Props.  I love the color green and thought that it would be a lot of fun to make, and it was.

These props would be great for a school party or to liven up the day at home.  You can purchase them HERE.

March Visiting Teaching Printables

I'm having a pretty slow start with getting this blog up and going.  February blew by with sick kids, then sick me and then a trip to Rome, with somewhat sick kids.  Excuses, excuses, I know...  We'll see if I do a little better this month.
I have finally gotten around to adding my church's monthly Visiting Teaching Message to my shop for March.  You can purchase it HERE.

The listing includes:
✿ 8.5" x 11" page printable with 4 - 3.5" x 4.5" handout cards with a summary of the message on them
✿ 8.5" x 11" page printable Decorative Copy of the Visiting Teaching Message for the Month
✿ 8.5" x 11" page printable with 3 - 3" x 5" Recipe Cards
✿ 4" x 6" copy of the Message Card
✿ 4" x 6" copy of the Recipe card (Oreo Mint Brownies - yum!)

This month, the message focuses on the Divine Mission of Jesus Christ as the Light of the World.  The handout card is green, of course, it's St. Patrick's Day this month and I just love the color green.  I've also included the scripture from 3 Nephi 18:24.  "Hold up his light that it may shine unto the world."  What a beautiful thought!

You can download a blank copy of the 4" x 6" handout card.  You can add your own text in a computer program, or just write out a little note.  To print these, just left click over the side of the image (not on the P).  Then right click on the image and go to “save image as” then save in a folder.  Or you can right click over image, and go to “copy image”  then open your favorite program like word and right click again and go to “paste”. You can then resize the image and print them out.

Enjoy!

February Visiting Teaching Printables

I can't believe that February is already here!  January went by so fast!  Now I'm just ready for spring to arrive.
I have added my church's monthly Visiting Teaching Message to my shop for February.
✿ 4" x 6" copy of the Recipe card

I love the messages this year, with the focus on our Savior and his Divine Mission.  The hand-out cards include the message by Pres. Thomas S. Monson, “We are the Lord’s hands here upon the earth, with the mandate to serve and to lift His children.”  It was hard to choose just one quote, there were so many great thoughts in this months message.

For a freebie, I decided to include a blank copy of the 4" x 6" handout card.

I hope you have a good month with Visiting Teaching!

Super Bowl 2014

The Super Bowl...  I admit, that I've never been a fan.  I grew up in Utah, with no NFL team and no brothers, so we just weren't into Football.  Then, I married someone from Colorado.  Big time Broncos fan!  For the first 9 years of our marriage, we never had tv stations, so we never really followed football.  Ok, the husband probably did, but I was blissfully unaware.  Well, this year, we discovered that there is a station here in Denmark that plays American Football, complete with Danish commentary!  Sure, most of the games don't start until after 10 pm our time, but it's been fun to watch them nonetheless.  And I discovered, that I actually enjoy football.  Especially since our team is going to the Super Bowl! Too bad the game starts at 12:30 in the morning!  It's gonna be a late night.
Well, we had so much fun with our New Years Photo Booth Props, I thought it would be fun to ut together some for the Super Bowl.  For the winning team!   Click HERE to purchase the Broncos from my shop.

Our kiddos, trying out the props.  See younger sister, not too happy about it.  Ok, she was mostly unhappy because Dad messed her hair up helping her put her shirt on.  haha!

And, of course, I've included the Seahawks.  Even though I've had family members threaten to disown me. =)  Click HERE to purchase the Seattle Seahawks.

Hopefully it will be a fun Super Bowl and I won't fall asleep, too much.  Go Bronco's!
